Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information through our authentication provider (Supabase). We do not collect your real name, phone number, or physical address unless you voluntarily provide it.
Conversation Data: When you upload screenshots or chat exports for analysis, this data is processed in real-time by our AI systems to generate insights and reply suggestions. We do not permanently store the content of your conversations on our servers. Screenshots and chat text are transmitted securely, processed, and immediately discarded after generating results.

Subscription Data: If you subscribe to CharmAI Premium, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Analytics data: Anonymized usage data may be retained for up to 12 months for product improvement purposes.
Subscription records: Subscription status is synced from Apple/Google via RevenueCat and retained as long as your account exists.
CharmAI is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. The App is designed for adult dating and social interaction contexts. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.
